StayHub™ and Trusted Stay™ Program Disclaimer
Founder-accepted draft · attorney review required. This is not final approved production content until counsel review completes.
Effective Date: July 23, 2026 · Last Updated: July 23, 2026
This Program Disclaimer explains what the StaySafe Verified™ platform, the StayHub™ guest surface, and the Trusted Stay™ Program are — and, importantly, what they are not. It should be read together with the Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy. Where a conflict exists on a matter of program scope, review meaning, or Badge limitations, this Disclaimer and the Program Terms control.
1. Everything Is Host-Produced and Host-Initiated
All property content, safety and preparedness information, notices, media, and submissions originate from and are maintained by the host. Hosts decide what to publish, initiate publication, and initiate any Trusted Stay review. StaySafe Verified provides the tools and the review process; it does not create, source, or independently verify the underlying property facts.
2. Review, Not Inspection or Certification
StaySafe Verified reviews and approves host-submitted Trusted Stay™ Profiles. A review considers the submission — its completeness, the required documentation, the uploaded media, internal consistency, the required acknowledgments, and compliance with the published program requirements. StaySafe Verified reviews the host’s submission; it does not inspect, audit, certify, test, or physically visit the property.
Nothing in the Program is an inspection, audit, or certification, and nothing certifies compliance with building, fire, electrical, health, accessibility, or other codes or standards.
3. The Trusted Stay™ Badge
The Trusted Stay™ Badge reflects StaySafe Verified’s review and approval of the host’s submitted Trusted Stay™ Profile. It is not an inspection, certification, ranking, warranty or guarantee of property condition or safety.
The Badge is earned only through review and approval — it is never purchased, and membership or payment does not activate it. A review results in one of four outcomes: Approved, Revisions Requested, Pending Additional Information, or Not Approved. A qualified human reviewer is involved in every adverse outcome and every final approval. A Badge is read-only status information and may require reconfirmation, and may be suspended, expired, or revoked. Where a Badge is not active, published surfaces reflect the real current status.
4. Access Credentials Are Never Stored or Published
Door codes, gate codes, keypad codes, lockbox combinations, alarm codes, and Wi-Fi passwords are never required, stored, published, indexed, or searchable in StayHub. Hosts deliver access credentials privately through their booking platform or another appropriate direct method before arrival. Guests should confirm access details with their host.
5. Publication and the Public StayHub
A published StayHub is public. It may be opened by anyone who receives, opens, or is forwarded its link or QR code. StayHub does not independently verify whether a person opening a property link is a confirmed guest, and a published StayHub must not be treated as a private location for passwords, financial information, or other sensitive information.
6. Search, Local Recommendations, and Generated Content
Guest search answers only from information the host has published and approved, and points to the relevant guide. Assistive features may help organize, improve, or locate host-provided content; they do not invent property facts and do not publish anything without host approval. Local recommendations and any generated wording reflect host-provided information and host approval, are provided for convenience, and are not endorsements or guarantees of any third party, business, or outcome.
7. Professional Services Are Separate
Any StaySafe Verified professional or consulting services are a distinct Company offering, separate from the StayHub™ hosting platform and the Trusted Stay™ Program. Engaging those services is not part of, and does not influence, a Trusted Stay review, and does not inspect, certify, or guarantee any property.
8. Platform Independence
StaySafe Verified™, StayHub™, and Trusted Stay™ operate independently and are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any booking or listing platform. Sharing a StayHub link is platform-neutral and never implies listing placement or platform approval.
9. Emergencies
In the United States, call 911. In other locations, contact the applicable local emergency service. Emergency and safety information shown in a StayHub is provided by the host; guests should verify it on arrival and rely on official local services in an emergency.
10. No Guarantee of Outcomes
StaySafe Verified does not guarantee any outcome, including property safety or condition, guest satisfaction, bookings, ratings, or revenue. Responsibility for the property, its condition, its compliance with law, and the accuracy of its information remains with the host.
